Setting your foundation with powder…Minus the cakey mess!

If you are anything like me, you like to put your makeup on in the morning and not fuss with it again throughout the day. This low maintenance approach can sometimes be quite the challenge. Here is a little tip that will help set your foundation without making your skin look dry and cakey from too much powdering.

Tissues are the answer…

It really only takes a very small amount of powder to set your makeup. To make sure you don’t use too much take a single ply tissue, place it upon your face and powder over the tissue. Just the right amount of powder will permeate through the tissue leaving you with set, yet still glowing skin. *Hint* If you only have 2 ply tissue you can easily separate the layers by pulling them apart and using one of the two layers.
